1. Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
• You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, along with a tracking number.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer standard shipping to all states within the United States. Shipping charges and estimated delivery times for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

• Boxo Studio ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Please ensure the address format is correct at checkout to avoid any delivery failures.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).
• The tracking number will become active within 1-3 business hours. You can track your package directly through our “Track Your Order” page or via the carrier’s website (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).

5. Damages & Lost Packages

• Boxo Studio is liable for any products damaged or lost during transit. If you received your order damaged, or if your package has been marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact our support team at contact@boxostudio.com within 7 days of delivery.
• Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

6. International Shipping

• Currently, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Please review our policy below regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.

1. Return Window

• You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.
• If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Return Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
• It must be in its original packaging (including all boxes, inserts, and protective wrapping).
• You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase (such as your Boxo Studio order confirmation email).

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer support team at contact@boxostudio.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return.
2. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Costs

• Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

• Please inspect your order upon reception. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at contact@boxostudio.com.
• In these specific cases, Boxo Studio will cover the return shipping costs or issue a replacement at no extra charge to you. Please provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging in your email.

6. Refunds & Processing Time

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed automatically, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.
• Please note that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
