Thank you for shopping at Boxo Studio. We are committed to delivering your kitchen organization essentials safely and efficiently. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

• All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
• You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, along with a tracking number.

We offer standard shipping to all states within the United States. Shipping charges and estimated delivery times for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Shipping Method: Standard Shipping
• Estimated Transit Time: 5 to 10 business days (Monday – Friday)

Shipping Cost: Free Shipping on all orders

⚠️ Please Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or peak holiday seasons. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

• Boxo Studio ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Please ensure the address format is correct at checkout to avoid any delivery failures.

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).
• The tracking number will become active within 1-3 business hours. You can track your package directly through our “Track Your Order” page or via the carrier’s website (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).

• Boxo Studio is liable for any products damaged or lost during transit. If you received your order damaged, or if your package has been marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact our support team at contact@boxostudio.com within 7 days of delivery.
• Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

• Currently, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
